About Paul
Please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Paul Klomhaus. I would like to personally thank you for taking your valuable time to explore our company.
Eagle Aviation is the culmination of a tremendous effort by many people and has been a life dream of mine. I choose the name Eagle Aviation, driven from Isaiah 40:31as it surmises my Christian beliefs and values for this company.
I wish to continually thank all those who have assisted me in the formation and operation of Eagle Aviation. My goal is to continually uplift my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as He is my ultimate and Rock solid source of inspiration. Then, the support of my wonderful wife, Kim (I love my wife). She continually gives me inspiration, courage and strength to do what I do. Then my children, Aaron, Nathan and Holly, family and friends. All of whom make this company possible. Last but not certainly least, employees, investors and supporting businesses. Each and everyone involved play a very important role in the continual success of this company.
During High school years I started my own home remodeling company and was an independent contractor with my father. I started flying in 1991 at Timmerman airport in Wisconsin. At first I only wanted to get my Private Pilot’s License but was hooked after the first lesson. I continued training and received my primary instructor rating in 1992. Not too far after that I received my Instrument Instructor and Multi-engine Instructor Ratings. Working as a flight instructor at various airports I knew I wanted to get more serious. In 1998 I began flying freight for UPS in a Metroliner and also the Cessna Caravan. Gaining experience I soon joined American Eagle Airlines and flew a Saab 340-B model. From there I moved over to Air Wisconsin Airlines and flew the BAe-146 for the next 5 years. All 4 aircraft in the prior links will be a hover type, showing the photos I send you. The direction and lifestyle of an airline pilot is hard on a family, especially when one of our children is Autistic. So we decided to pursue another avenue. Well, that brings us up to date. Here we are, Eagle Aviation.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. Interests other than aviation include snowmobiling, waterskiing, motorcycling and fishing.
I will continually honor all those involved, especially our customers. I will continue to build the very best company possible and make myself available to all involved.
Thanks again,
